Job Overview
The Payroll Coordinator will manage APAC payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing while adhering to local tax and labor laws. This hybrid role (Bangalore-based) involves collaborating with HR, finance, and external payroll vendors.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Payroll Processing (20%) – Format and submit payroll data to vendors.
✔ Payroll Validation (25%) – Audit payroll outputs for accuracy.
✔ Stakeholder Coordination (10%) – Work with HR, finance, and payroll bureaus.
✔ Compliance & Reporting (10%) – Ensure adherence to local tax laws.
✔ Employee Queries (10%) – Resolve payroll-related concerns.
Eligibility & Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Accounting/Payroll certification (experience may substitute).
- Experience: 2-4 years in payroll processing (APAC exposure preferred).
- Skills:
- Proficient in MS Excel & Word.
- Strong communication & attention to detail.
- Knowledge of local payroll compliance (India/APAC).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance/HR.
