Job Description: Analyst, Medical Analytics
Key Responsibilities
✔ Data Synthesis & Analytics: Support advanced analytics projects in Medical Engagements, Drug Awareness, and Field Medical Excellence.
✔ Project Management: Deliver insights through structured project management with strict SLAs and documentation.
✔ Quality Assurance: Ensure high accuracy and impact in all deliverables.
✔ Knowledge Management: Maintain SOPs, repositories, and reports for continuous improvement.
✔ Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to drive strategic decisions.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
✅ Education:
- MBA + Graduate/Postgraduate in Medicine (MBBS/MD/BDS)
- Pharmacy/Life Sciences graduates may also apply.
✅ Experience:
- 1-3 years in pharma analytics, market research, or KPO.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and business dynamics.
- Experience in international/cross-cultural environments.
✅ Technical & Soft Skills:
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving, business acumen.
- Proactive, results-driven, and stakeholder management skills.
