Job Description: Analyst, Medical Analytics
Key Responsibilities
โ Data Synthesis & Analytics: Support advanced analytics projects in Medical Engagements, Drug Awareness, and Field Medical Excellence.
โ Project Management: Deliver insights through structured project management with strict SLAs and documentation.
โ Quality Assurance: Ensure high accuracy and impact in all deliverables.
โ Knowledge Management: Maintain SOPs, repositories, and reports for continuous improvement.
โ Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to drive strategic decisions.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
โ Education:
- MBA + Graduate/Postgraduate in Medicine (MBBS/MD/BDS)
- Pharmacy/Life Sciencesย graduates may also apply.
โ Experience:
- 1-3 yearsย inย pharma analytics, market research, or KPO.
- Strong understanding ofย pharmaceutical regulations and business dynamics.
- Experience inย international/cross-cultural environments.
โ Technical & Soft Skills:
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving, business acumen.
- Proactive, results-driven, and stakeholder management skills.
