- Listen to and analyze pre-recorded calls and text messages for fraud detection, phishing, and compliance risks.
- Ensure customer-sensitive information is not misused by advertisers.
- Compare consumer/provider data against compliance requirements.
- Meet daily quality and productivity targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
✅ Strong analytical and decision-making skills
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication
