Job Title: Clinical Data Coder (India) – Innovaderm CRO
Job Description
As a Clinical Data Coder at Innovaderm, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate coding of clinical trial data using industry-standard dictionaries like MedDRA and WHO Drug. You will work closely with the Data Management team to maintain data integrity, resolve queries, and comply with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Perform medical and medication coding using MedDRA & WHO Drug dictionaries
✔ Develop and maintain coding guidelines for clinical studies
✔ Review and update Data Management Plans (DMP)
✔ Validate coding setups and test coding reports
✔ Conduct data review and resolve data clarifications
✔ Ensure compliance with GCP, FDA, and Health Canada regulations
✔ Collaborate with global teams to meet project deadlines
Requirements
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine, or Nursing
✅ 2+ years of experience in clinical data coding (preferred)
✅ Strong knowledge of MedDRA, WHO Drug, and medical terminology
✅ Experience in clinical trials or pharmaceutical industry
✅ Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
✅ High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
