Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze clinical trial data requirements.
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports using SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Ensure data accuracy through validation and quality assurance processes.
- Generate insights and recommendations to support decision-making in clinical research.
- Handle ad-hoc data requests and contribute to analytics process improvements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Data Science, Statistics, Life Sciences, etc.).
- 1-3 years of experience in business data analysis (Pharma/CRO background preferred).
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data visualization).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
