📌 Job Description
As a Production Shift Incharge, you will oversee manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to GMP, quality standards, and production schedules. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing daily production activities in the nutraceutical/pharma division.
- Operating and supervising equipment like Reactors, Centrifuges, Crystallizers, Fluidized Bed Dryers (FBD), etc.
- Ensuring batch documentation, SOP compliance, and safety protocols.
- Leading a team of production operators to achieve efficiency and quality targets.
- Troubleshooting process deviations and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
