Incep Bio is hiring a Quality Assurance (QA) Associate to ensure compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and regulatory standards. The role involves conducting internal and external audits, performing quality checks, and maintaining high standards in biotech and pharmaceutical processes.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Perform quality checks and compliance reviews at project sites
✔ Monitor and enforce GDP, GMP, and regulatory standards
✔ Conduct internal & external audits
✔ Ensure documentation and processes meet industry standards
✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality protocols
Eligibility Criteria
✅ Education: BSc, MSc, B.Pharma, or Biotechnology graduates
✅ Experience: 0-1 year (Freshers can apply)
✅ Strong understanding of QA/QC processes
✅ Knowledge of regulatory compliance (GMP/GDP) is a plus
