Job Description: Clinical Trial Administrator (CTA)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination and administration of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with protocols and regulatory standards.
- Maintain and organize essential clinical trial documentation, including study files, regulatory submissions, and case report forms.
- Support the preparation of study-related materials such as informed consent forms (ICFs) and trial monitoring reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (clinical, regulatory, data management) to ensure smooth trial execution.
- Track and report clinical trial progress, milestones, and key performance metrics.
- Ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related healthcare field.
- Prior experience or strong interest in clinical research (fresh graduates with relevant knowledge may apply).
- Familiarity with clinical trial processes, ICH-GCP, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
