Job Description:

Quality Assurance (IPQA & QMS):

• Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) within the Probiotics or Non-Aseptic manufacturing facility.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Manage change controls, deviations, and incidents.
• Monitor production operations and confirm quality conformance to specifications.
• Check equipment logbooks, temperature & humidity records.
• Collect in-process and finished samples as per specifications and protocols.
• Supervise RM/PM sampling and dispensing procedures.
• Perform machine line clearance of production areas.

Quality Control:

• Inspect and/or test products.
• Work on Aseptic (Injectable) products.
• Test & sample finished products.
• Validate collected samples.
• Perform tasks as required by GLP/GMP.
• Audit laboratory worksheets, calibration protocols/reports, and raw data archives.
• Prepare and check Certificates of Analysis for all lots of raw materials and packaging materials tested.
• Ensure the tidiness, orderliness, and cleanliness of the working area.
