TCS is currently hiring ICSR (Individual Case Safety Report) Case Processing Associates with 2-3 years of experience in pharmacovigilance, drug safety, or clinical research. This is an on-site opportunity in Adibatla, Hyderabad, for candidates who can join immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing and assessing ICSRs (Individual Case Safety Reports) for completeness and accuracy.
- Data entry of adverse event reports into safety databases.
- Ensuring compliance with global pharmacovigilance regulations (FDA, EMA, ICH-GCP).
- Medical coding (MedDRA, WHO-DD) and narrative writing.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals and global safety teams.
- Maintaining documentation and ensuring timely case submissions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in ICSR case processing, pharmacovigilance, or drug safety.
- Strong knowledge of MedDRA, WHO-DD, and Argus/Safety Databases.
- Understanding of FDA, EMA, and ICH-GCP guidelines.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Nursing, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.
