Job Description: Medical Science Liaison (Immunology)
The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) serves as the scientific face of Johnson & Johnson, engaging with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to discuss treatment trends, clinical trial data, and medical insights. This role is crucial in shaping medical strategy and driving scientific exchange in the Immunology therapeutic area.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ KOL Engagement: Identify, profile, and engage with KOLs to foster scientific discussions.
✔ Medical Strategy: Represent the Immunology TA in cross-functional teams, aligning with franchise goals.
✔ Insight Gathering: Capture and relay HCP insights to inform medical strategy.
✔ Scientific Support: Serve as a medical resource for internal teams, providing training on the latest developments.
✔ Compliance: Adhere to local regulatory policies and industry codes of practice.
✔ Travel Requirement: 70-80% travel for stakeholder interactions.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of 0-3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare industry- MBBS, MD
Minimum of 2 years experience- Pharm D, MDS, BDS
Good understanding of medical affairs function
Understanding of local regulatory policy and industry’s code of practice related to drug registration, pharmaceutical promotion and clinical research.
