Job Description: Certified Medical Coder
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze medical records for accurate coding.
- Assign appropriate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes.
- Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and regulations.
- Work on denial management and appeals.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers for documentation improvement.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Certification Required: CPC, COC, CIC, or equivalent.
- Freshers & Experienced coders can apply.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and coding guidelines.
- Good communication skills.
