Job Description: Sr. Associate IS Analyst
Join Amgen’s dynamic Information Systems team as a Sr. Associate IS Analyst in Hyderabad. In this critical role, you will support integrated case management systems, ensuring seamless data transfer and system performance. You will work on automation (RPA, AI/ML), GxP compliance, and agile methodologies, collaborating with global teams to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Design, develop, and deploy applications supporting GxP systems
✔ Evaluate and implement RPA (UiPath), AI, and GenAI solutions for process automation
✔ Engage stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and improve workflows
✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop test plans, user stories, and validation strategies
✔ Maintain detailed documentation of software designs and development processes
✔ Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to case intake and data integration
Qualifications:
Basic Requirements:
- Master’s degree + 1-3 years in Life Sciences/Biotech/Pharma/Information Systems
- OR Bachelor’s degree + 3-5 years of relevant experience
- OR Diploma + 7-9 years of experience
Preferred Skills:
✅ Must-Have:
- Expertise in RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
- Experience in AI, ML, LLM, and Python
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile (Scrum), and ITIL frameworks
- Proficiency in JIRA, business analysis, and GxP compliance
✅ Good to Have:
- Experience with HP ALM, Veeva, Visio, and cloud platforms
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
