3. Eligibility Criteria
Essential Qualifications:
- M.Pharm/PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field.
- 6–8 years of hands-on experience in NDDS (injectable/ophthalmic/semi-solid formulations).
- Strong knowledge of pre-formulation, process optimization, and regulatory guidelines.
Preferred Skills:
- Expertise in scale-up and technology transfer.
- Analytical problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with patent literature and industry trends.
