Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Function-Specific Duties:

  • Manage Study Timelines and Processes (STPs) across multiple client instances.
  • Plan and establish timelines to meet business expectations for STPs and review schedules.
  • Allocate time for investigation and resolution implementation of issues.
  • Utilize strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to identify errors and implement solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, validation standards, and work procedures.
  • Support metrics management and assist in resolving quality issues.

Customer-Facing Responsibilities:

  • Basic customer interface and communication tasks.

Process Improvement:

  • Suggest process improvements where necessary.
  • Support Six Sigma process improvement initiatives.

Training & SOPs:

  • Review training materials for staff.
  • Mentor employees in STP and GlobalCODE® adoption.
  • Participate in SOP review teams as assigned.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Lead or assist with special projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in clinical trials, laboratory, or specimen management (central lab setup preferred).
  • Knowledge of informed consent, regulatory standards, molecular biology, or clinical pharmacogenomics is a plus.
  • Strong ability to prioritize, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with 21 CFR Part 11 (pharma/biotech/CRO industry).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).

Education:

  • University/College Degree (Life Science preferred) OR
  • Certification in an allied health profession (Nursing, Medical/Lab Technology) + 1-2 years of clinical research/lab experience.

(Candidates without a life sciences background but with relevant experience may be considered.)
