- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multistep organic synthesis projects

5. Executive – Analytical Development Lab (ADL)
- Experience: 3–5 years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and validate analytical methods
- Ensure compliance with ICH guidelines
- Support tech transfer activities
6. Tech Transfer – R&D
- Experience: 2–3 years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate smooth technology transfer from R&D to manufacturing
