Alcon, a global leader in eye care, is looking for an Associate I, Patient Safety & Experience to join their team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in optometry, pharmacy, ophthalmology, biomedical sciences, or related healthcare fields.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage patient safety and experience initiatives.
- Track and document complaints related to pharmaceutical and medical device products.
- Ensure compliance with quality and documentation systems.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the implementation of patient safety protocols.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Tertiary qualification in Optometry/Pharmacy/Ophthalmology/Medicine/Pharmacology/Biomedical Science/Biomedical Engineering/Chemistry/Biology/Nursing or related healthcare discipline.
Experience Required:
- 1-2 years Experience in Device Vigilance / Pharmacovigilance / Regulatory Submissions / Clinical Research / PVPI/ Medical Coding
- Proven experience in quality & documentation systems.
- Strong record in tracking and managing complaints.
Language Requirement:
- Fluent in English (spoken & written).
