Gracure Pharmaceuticals Ltd. is seeking experienced professionals in Formulation Development for the roles of Senior Research Associate (SRA) and Research Scientist. The ideal candidate should have:
✅ 4-8 years of experience in pharmaceutical formulation development (oral solids, injectables, or topical formulations preferred).
✅ Strong knowledge of QbD (Quality by Design), DoE (Design of Experiments), and regulatory guidelines (USFDA, WHO, ICH).
✅ Hands-on experience in pre-formulation, formulation optimization, scale-up, and technology transfer.
✅ Proficiency in analytical method development, stability studies, and documentation (BMR, BPR, SOPs).
✅ Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team.
