In this role, you will conduct secondary research (analytically and scientifically based) and develop high-quality project deliverables to help life sciences organizations optimize their R&D operations across:
- Research & Clinical Development
- Regulatory Affairs
- Quality Management
- Pharmacovigilance
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Conduct secondary research to support consulting projects.
✔ Assist organizations undergoing operational changes (strategy, processes, technology).
✔ Build strong relationships with clients, consulting teams, and leadership.
✔ Develop project deliverables and manage daily customer interactions.
✔ Identify business challenges and opportunities for clients.
✔ Contribute to proposal development for new business opportunities.
✔ Participate in training, professional development, and company initiatives.
✔ Help improve R&D Advisory processes and intellectual capital.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in life sciences R&D processes.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel 15-25% (based on project needs).
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in business or life sciences.
- Prior experience in consulting, pharma, or biotech industries.
- Knowledge of end-to-end pharmaceutical/biotech value chain.
