Haystack Analytics, an IIT Bombay-based HealthTech company, is hiring a Technical Assistant (Wet Lab) for its Kochi location. This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals to work in clinical genomics and advanced sequencing technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Work closely with diagnostic lab partners to ensure smooth test operations.
✔ Provide technical support and ensure timely upgrades for lab processes.
✔ Handle DNA extraction, RT-PCR, and other molecular biology techniques.
✔ Maintain documentation and liaison between teams for seamless operations.
✔ Troubleshoot issues related to sequencing technologies (NGS, WGS, Nanopore, Illumina).
🛠 Skills Required:
✔ Hands-on experience in DNA/RNA extraction & RT-PCR (Freshers with academic lab exposure are welcome).
✔ Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
✔ Ability to work in rotational shifts and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
