Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Peer Quality Control (QC) for Aggregate Safety Reports (PADER, PSUR, DSUR) to ensure compliance.
- Lead QC activities, improve collaboration, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Review and QC safety data, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives related to QC workflows.
- Manage regulatory inspections, audits, and quality control metrics.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for QC training and knowledge sharing.
Technical Skills Required
✔ Strategic Thinking – Ability to align QC processes with business goals.
✔ Regulatory Knowledge – Understanding of global safety regulations (GVP, ICH).
✔ Project Management – Experience handling complex QC projects.
✔ Data Analytics – Strong analytical and statistical skills.
✔ Technical Proficiency – Familiarity with safety databases and compliance tools.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (BS) in a scientific/technical field (Preferred).
- Experience:
- 2+ years in pharma safety/regulatory roles (PADER, PSUR, ICSR).
- Experience in Quality Control (QC) or Quality Assurance (QA).
- Skills:
- Strong attention to detail & organizational skills.
