Job Details

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain preventive maintenance plans for plant equipment/instruments.
• Prepare and execute protocols for verification/periodic verification (URS, DQ, IQ, OQ).
• Coordinate with external agencies for maintenance-related work.
• Handle IBR boiler breakdowns and related maintenance.
• Oversee PM (Preventive Maintenance), calibration, HVAC validation, and cooling tower cleaning.
• Ensure compliance with safety norms and work permits.
• Maintain knowledge of SOPs and GMP norms.

Desired Skills & Knowledge

• Strong understanding of mechanical systems in a pharma API environment.
• Familiarity with validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ).
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Ability to work in a GMP-compliant facility.
