Job Description: Research Associate – Immunogenicity Team
As a Research Associate in the Bioanalytical (Proteins & Biosimilars) department, you will:

- Work in the Immunogenicity team for method development, validation, and study sample analysis.
- Perform immunoassays (ELISA, cell-based assays, etc.) for detecting anti-drug antibodies (ADA) and neutralizing antibodies (NAb).
- Ensure compliance with GLP/GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Document and analyze data accurately for clinical and preclinical studies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or related field.
- 0-1 year of experience in immunogenicity assays or bioanalytical research (Freshers with strong academic projects may apply).
- Knowledge of ELISA, Western Blot, or cell-based assays is a plus.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
