Job Description: Executive – Pharmacovigilance
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end case processing, including case receipt, follow-up, database entry, peer review, and regulatory submissions.
- Handle mailbox management and tracking of Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs).
- Perform literature monitoring for company molecules and maintain safety logs.
- Assist in regulatory submissions to applicable authorities within stipulated timelines.
- Support internal/external audits and inspections related to pharmacovigilance compliance.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for data requests and pharmacovigilance responsibilities.
- Prepare compliance reports for the Qualified Person for Pharmacovigilance (QPPV).
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Pharmacy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written & verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Desired Competencies
- Experience in pharmacovigilance case processing
- Knowledge of global pharmacovigilance regulations
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
