Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Officer for the Research & Development (ADL) Department at our Akola facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct analytical testing and method development in the R&D lab.
- Perform stability studies, formulation analysis, and quality checks.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and regulatory guidelines.
- Document and report analytical findings accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product development.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: M.Sc (Chemistry/Pharmaceutical Sciences) or B.Pharm
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in pharmaceutical R&D or QC (Freshers with strong academic background may also apply).
- Preferred: Candidates with a QC background interested in transitioning to R&D are welcome.
