Job Description: Clinical Trial Disclosure Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage clinical trial registrations, maintenance, and results postings across global platforms like ClinicalTrials.gov, EUDRACT, and country-specific registries.
- Ensure high-quality, compliant document redaction for clinical trial disclosures.
- Conduct quality control reviews of registry submissions and plain language summaries.
- Collaborate with internal and client teams to fulfill disclosure obligations on time.
- Maintain accurate records of trial disclosures for compliance and reporting.
- Proactively communicate project updates and escalate issues as needed.
- Build strong client relationships to support business growth.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (Scientific field preferred)
- 2+ years in clinical trial disclosures/data transparency
- CRO or outsourcing experience is a plus
