1. Cell & Gene Therapy (CGT) – R&D & Manufacturing
Lentiviral Vector Manufacturing (Upstream/Downstream)
- Skills Required:
- Upstream/downstream process development for lentiviral/adenoviral/AAV manufacturing (adherent/suspension cells).
- Purification techniques: TFF, UF/DF, chromatography.
- Experience: 3–10 years in biologics/CGT.
CAR-T Cell Manufacturing
- Skills Required:
- Lab/clinical-scale CAR-T cell production (T-cell isolation, activation, transduction).
- Experience: 3–10 years in cell therapy.
2. Quality Control (QC) – Cell & Gene Therapy
- Skills Required:
- Flow cytometry, cytotoxicity assays, RT-PCR/qPCR, DNA sequencing, ELISA.
- Method validation/qualification.
- Experience: 3–10 years in QC for biologics/CGT.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: M.Sc / M.Tech / M.Pharm / Ph.D in Life Sciences/Biotech.
- Experience: 3–10 years in biologics, cell & gene therapy.
