Available Positions & Requirements:
We are currently seeking highly motivated and skilled individuals for the following roles within our state-of-the-art Parenteral Division in Nagarjuna Sagar. Only candidates interested in the Nagarjuna Sagar location should apply.
1. Production (Sterile)
- Experience: 2 to 5 years
- Qualification: ITI, Diploma, B.Sc, or B. Pharmacy
- Key Skills: Compounding, filling, vial washing, tunnel operations, autoclave operation, capping, and packing. Experience in sterile manufacturing environments is crucial. A strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is essential.
2. Engineering (Sterile)
- Experience: 3 to 5 years
- Qualification: Diploma or B.Tech in a relevant engineering discipline (Mechanical, Chemical, etc.)
- Key Skills: Mechanical maintenance (process & lyophilization breakdown), instrumentation, and calibration. Experience with sterile manufacturing equipment and troubleshooting skills are highly valued.
3. Warehouse (Sterile)
- Experience: 3 to 6 years
- Qualification: B.Sc or B. Pharmacy
- Key Skills: Raw material sampling, dispensing, inventory management, and SAP posting. Experience in a GMP-compliant warehouse environment is required. Familiarity with inventory control systems is a plus.
4. Microbiology (Injectables)
- Experience: 2 to 5 years
- Qualification: M.Sc (Microbiology)
- Key Skills: Disinfectant preparation, microbiological testing (MLT), bacterial endotoxin testing (BET), sterility method validation & execution, culture handling, and environmental monitoring. Proven experience in aseptic techniques and microbial identification is essential.
5. Quality Control (Chemical)
- Experience: 3 to 8 years
- Qualification: M.Sc or B. Pharmacy
- Key Skills: HPLC, GC, and IC instrument handling & calibration. Proficiency in chemical analysis (raw materials, in-process, finished products, stability samples) is mandatory. Experience with LIMS review, GLP, QMS, and training is required. Experience with analytical method validation/transfer and cleaning validation analysis and documentation is a significant advantage.
6. Quality Assurance (IPQA & QMS)
- Experience: 3 to 8 years
- Qualification: B. Pharmacy or M. Pharmacy
- Key Skills: IPQA (In-process Quality Assurance), validation, vendor management, QMS (Quality Management Systems), and document review. A deep understanding of regulatory requirements and GMP is essential.
