Job Opening: Pharmacovigilance Associate (Voice Process)
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Handle inbound/outbound calls related to adverse events (AEs), product complaints, and medical inquiries.
✔ Accurately document details in the AE Intake Tool (patient history, medication details, physician info, etc.).
✔ Probe for product-related complaints (LOT number, expiry date, NDC number, pharmacy details).
✔ Ensure timely submission of reports as per regulatory guidelines.
✔ Maintain strong knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacovigilance principles.
Eligibility Criteria:
✅ Education: Pharma graduate with a valid pharmacy license
✅ Experience: 1 to 2 years
✅ Skills:
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology
- Excellent English communication (spoken & written)
✅ Immediate joiners preferred
