Job Description
Wipro is hiring Associates for Pharmacovigilance (Voice Process) in Gurugram. This role involves handling medical calls, documenting adverse events, and ensuring compliance with pharmacovigilance protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Handle inbound/outbound calls related to adverse events (AEs), product complaints, and medical inquiries.
✔ Accurately document details in the AE Intake Tool (patient history, medication details, physician info, etc.).
✔ Probe for product-related complaints (LOT number, expiry date, NDC number, pharmacy details).
✔ Ensure timely submission of reports as per regulatory guidelines.
✔ Maintain excellent understanding of medical terminology and pharmacovigilance principles.
✔ Work in US night shifts (5 days a week from office).
Eligibility Criteria:
✅ Education: B.Pharma / M.Pharma graduates only.
✅ Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers can apply).
✅ Skills Required:
- Strong medical terminology knowledge.
- Excellent English communication (spoken & written).
- Ability to work in night shifts (US timings).
✅ Immediate joiners preferred.
