About the Role: Peptide Production Team Member
This exciting opportunity offers a chance to contribute significantly to the production of peptide-based pharmaceuticals within a dynamic and innovative environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of peptide manufacturing processes and have a proven track record of success in a similar role. This is a critical position within our operations, requiring meticulous attention to detail, adherence to strict quality control standards, and collaborative teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Active participation in all aspects of peptide production, from raw material handling to finished product release.
- Operation and maintenance of sophisticated production equipment, including but not limited to DCS (Distributed Control System) and Lyo (Lyophilization) systems.
- Strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all relevant regulatory guidelines.
- Troubleshooting production issues and implementing corrective actions to ensure optimal efficiency and product quality.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all production activities.
- Active participation in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and product yield.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including quality control, engineering, and management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven Experience: 3-7 years of experience in peptide production within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Candidates with experience in both DCS and Lyo systems will be highly preferred.
- Educational Background: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.), Master of Science (M.Sc.), or Diploma in Chemical Engineering, or a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Chemical Engineering.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in operating and maintaining peptide production equipment. Familiarity with GMP, regulatory compliance, and quality control procedures is essential. Experience with aseptic techniques is a plus.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to effectively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
- Teamwork and Communication: Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential for collaboration with colleagues across various departments.
