Join our team at TheracUES as a Bio-Informatics Analyst! In this pivotal role, you’ll dive deep into analyzing large datasets generated by biologists and geneticists. Your expertise will help decode complex molecular data sets, including NGS, spatial transcriptomics, metabolomics, microarray, and proteomics data. You’ll work with standard software tools and develop custom scripts to automate data mining and manipulation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large molecular data sets using R and Python.
- Build pipelines for NGS assay analysis, with a focus on transcriptomics.
- Assist in software troubleshooting, installation, and execution.
- Interpret technical reports for clinicians.
- Stay updated with the latest scientific trends and literature.
- (Desirable) Experience in microarray data analysis.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in R and Python programming languages.
- Experience with NGS assay analysis pipelines, especially transcriptomics.
- Strong understanding of biology.
- Ability to interpret technical reports for clinical use.
- (Preferred) Experience with microarray data analysis.
- (Preferred) Knowledge of AI/ML technologies.
Qualifications:
- Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Bio-Informatics/Bio Technology from a reputed institution in India or abroad.
- 2-3 years of experience in bio-informatics.
- (Preferred) Knowledge of AI/ML technologies.
