We are pleased to announce walk-in interviews for the position of Senior Executive/Executive Production (Peptides) within our Production department. This is a critical role contributing directly to the manufacturing of high-quality peptide products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of peptide synthesis and purification processes, coupled with a commitment to adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Key Responsibilities:
- Peptide Synthesis and Purification: Proficiently execute and monitor all aspects of peptide synthesis and purification processes, adhering strictly to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This includes meticulous attention to detail throughout the entire manufacturing process.
- Reagent and Solution Preparation: Prepare and handle reagents, solutions, and equipment with precision and accuracy, ensuring the quality and integrity of all materials used in peptide production.
- GMP and Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines and maintain a high standard of safety awareness throughout all aspects of the role. Proactively identify and mitigate potential safety risks.
- Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of all production activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.
- Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment used in peptide synthesis and purification, identifying and resolving minor technical issues promptly.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance the overall quality of peptide production processes. Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Team Collaboration: Effectively collaborate with colleagues across various departments, sharing knowledge and contributing to a positive and productive team environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Education: M.Sc./B.Sc. in Chemistry or B.Tech/B.E. in Chemical Engineering.
- Experience: 1 to 6 years of experience in peptide or Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) production within a GMP environment.
- Skills: Strong understanding of peptide synthesis techniques, purification methods (e.g., HPLC, RP-HPLC), and analytical testing procedures. Proficient in following SOPs and maintaining accurate records. Excellent problem-solving skills and a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. A meticulous approach to work with a keen eye for detail is essential.
