Career Opportunity: Quality Assurance Officer/Senior Executive – Injectable Products
We are currently seeking highly motivated and experienced individuals to fill the critical role of Quality Assurance Officer/Senior Executive within our Injectable Products division. This position offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to contribute directly to the manufacturing and quality control of life-saving medications.
Job Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of quality assurance activities, including but not limited to:
- Batch Record Review: Thoroughly reviewing batch production records for compliance with cGMP guidelines and internal SOPs.
- Deviation Investigation: Investigating deviations from established procedures and implementing corrective and preventative actions (CAPA).
- Audit Support: Providing support for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Quality System Maintenance: Contributing to the ongoing improvement and maintenance of the quality management system.
- SOP Development & Review: Participating in the development, review, and update of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Training: Training and mentoring junior staff on quality assurance principles and procedures.
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including those set by the USFDA and other global health authorities.
Qualifications and Experience:
To be considered for this position, applicants must possess the following qualifications:
- Education: M. Pharmacy, M.Sc. Chemistry, or B. Pharmacy.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 to 8 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical industry, with a specific focus on injectable products. Prior experience in IPQA (Injectable Product Quality Assurance) is essential.
- Technical Skills: A strong understanding of cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices), quality control methodologies, and regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex technical information.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
