Imaging Endpoints, a global leader in imaging clinical research (iCRO), is hiring a Clinical Project Coordinator in Hyderabad. Responsibilities
As a Clinical Project Coordinator at Imaging Endpoints, your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting site evaluations and escalating issues to Project Manager (PM).
- Scheduling and coordinating site trainings.
- Serving as the primary contact for clinical trial site activities.
- Maintaining Trial Master File (TMF) and ensuring compliance with SOPs.
- Preparing for audits and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Assisting PM with study start-up and lifecycle activities.
- Tracking scans, managing Case Report Forms (CRFs), and ensuring accurate data entry.
- Generating project status, site, and enrollment reports for clients and management.
- Scheduling project meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes.
- Ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations and clinical protocols.
For Clinical Project Coordinator II, additional responsibilities include mentoring new CPCs, coordinating closeout activities, and performing image reconciliation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; experience in clinical trials or healthcare preferred.
- Prior experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and clinical trial compliance.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and internet applications.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
