We are currently seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals for several key roles within our Oral Solid Dosage Manufacturing facility, specifically those with experience in regulatory markets. Below is a detailed breakdown of the positions available:
1. Analytical R&D:
- Position: Research Associate/Sr. Research Associate
- Experience: 2 to 6 years
- Qualification: M.Sc. (relevant field)
2. Quality Control (QC):
- Position: Officer/Executive/Sr. Executive
- Experience: 4 to 10 years
- Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. (Chemistry)
- Sections: RM (Raw Materials), In-Process & Finished Product (FP), Stability, AMV & AMT (Analytical Methods Validation & Analytical Method Transfer), GLP (Good Laboratory Practice), QMS (Quality Management System), PM (Production Management)
- Position: Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager
- Experience: 10 to 15 years
- Qualification: B.Pharm./M.Pharm./M.Sc.
- Sections: FP, IP (In-Process), Stability, GLP
3. Quality Assurance (QA):
- Position: Officer/Executive
- Experience: 4 to 10 years
- Qualification: B.Pharm./M.Pharm./M.Sc.
- Sections: QMS, AQA (Analytical Quality Assurance), IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance), IT(QA) (Information Technology in QA), Validation, Documentation
- Position: Asst. Manager
- Experience: 10 to 15 years
- Qualification: M.Pharm./M.Sc.
- Section: AQA
4. HR & Admin:
- Position: Executive/Sr. Executive
- Experience: 7 to 11 years
- Qualification: MBA-HRM
- Preference: Male candidates with pharmaceutical experience preferred.
Key Skills and Experience Required
Candidates should possess the following:
- Proven experience: Significant experience in a regulated manufacturing environment within the pharmaceutical industry is crucial. Specifically, experience with USFDA and MHRA/EU regulated facilities is a must.
- Regulatory Audits: Exposure to and experience with regulatory audits (USFDA, MHRA/EU) is mandatory. Understanding of cGMP and related regulations is highly beneficial.
- Formulations Expertise: A strong understanding of pharmaceutical formulations, particularly within oral solid dosage manufacturing, is essential.
