Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Solve open-ended analytical questions and design data-driven experiments.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
- Ensure data quality and provide insights to meet evolving customer needs.
- Mentor junior team members and support cross-functional collaboration.
- Track business development outcomes, including RFP success rates and win rates.
- Monitor customer satisfaction by analyzing feedback and facilitating communications.
- Prepare marketing decks, bespoke slides, and capabilities presentations using Power BI.
- Manage product approval tracking to ensure visibility into lifecycle status.
Skills Required:
✔ Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas, VBA)
