Job Description
As a Pharmacovigilance Services Specialist at Accenture, you will be part of the Life Sciences R&D vertical, supporting pharmacovigilance and drug safety surveillance. Your role will involve:
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing Affiliate Mailbox and reconciling reports as per process guidelines.
- Conducting follow-ups for both serious and non-serious adverse event cases.
- Performing case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, and case processing in safety databases.
- Ensuring compliance with global regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA, WHO).
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance pharmacovigilance operations.
- Supporting signal detection, risk management, and safety reporting.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
- MBBS degree (mandatory).
- 0-2 years of experience for Specialist roles; 5-10 years for Team Lead/Consultant positions.
- Knowledge of pharmacovigilance regulations (GVP, ICH-GCP).
- Proficiency in safety databases (Argus, ARISg, VigiFlow) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts as needed.
