Open Positions: QC Analyst – Nashik & Aurangabad
We are currently conducting a recruitment drive for experienced QC Analysts to support our operations in Nashik and Aurangabad. This is an excellent opportunity for ambitious and results-oriented individuals to take their career to the next level. The ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, possess strong analytical skills, and demonstrate a passion for quality assurance within the pharmaceutical manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Department: Quality Control (QC)
- Experience: 2 to 6 years of experience in a pharmaceutical QC environment.
- Essential Skills: Hands-on experience with a variety of analytical instruments is crucial, including:
- High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)
- Gas Chromatography (GC)
- Ultraviolet-Visible Spectroscopy (UV)
- Infrared Spectroscopy (IR)
- Dissolution testing
- Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)
- Qualifications: M.Sc. (Chemistry), B.Pharm, or M.Pharm (Pharmaceutical Analysis) are required. Candidates with additional certifications or training in relevant areas will be given preference.
- Regulatory Experience: Preference will be given to candidates who have experience with regulatory audits such as FDA and MHRA audits. This demonstrates a strong understanding of compliance requirements within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities are essential for identifying and resolving quality control issues. The successful candidate must be highly detail-oriented and capable of following precise procedures.
- Teamwork & Communication: The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and effectively communicate findings is crucial.
