Job Description
Amgen is seeking an Associate Data Scientist to join its dynamic team in Hyderabad, India. This role is critical in analyzing product performance and patient complaint data to enhance quality and patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, expertise in data visualization, and a passion for healthcare innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collection & Analysis: Gather, organize, and interpret data related to product performance (e.g., APRs) and patient complaints.
- Statistical & Diagnostic Analysis: Use tools like Python, SQL, and SAS to identify trends and root causes of issues.
- Data Visualization: Create dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Spotfire for actionable insights.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure data integrity and adherence to FDA, ISO 13485, and other quality standards.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with product teams to improve quality and patient experience.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports with recommendations for stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 0-3 years of experience in Python, SQL, SAS, or Data Bricks + data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
OR - Diploma with 4-7 years of experience in the same tools.
