Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Management & Continuous Improvement

  • Conduct line clearance and ensure shop floor compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Perform in-process checks and sampling activities.
  • Assist in complaint investigations, deviations, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
  • Support qualification, validation, and change control systems.
  • Prepare and review Annual Product Quality Reviews (APQR).
  • Review Batch Manufacturing & Packing Records (BMR & BPR).
  • Coordinate cGMP training programs for employees.

Documentation Control

  • Prepare and review SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
  • Manage controlled distribution, archival, and retrieval of documents.
  • Oversee master document control and archival room management.
  • Handle issuance of batch records, ATR (Analytical Test Reports), logbooks, and controlled formats.

Product Quality Assurance

  • Ensure in-process quality checks are performed.
  • Review executed batch records and analytical testing reports.
  • Monitor the implementation of CAPA from deviations and customer complaints.
  • Conduct effectiveness reviews of implemented corrective actions.

Educational Qualification & Experience

  • B.Pharm / M.Pharm from a reputed university.
  • 2-5 years of experience in QA/QC within a regulatory-approved OSD manufacturing unit.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, GDP, and pharmaceutical compliance.
