SCALE Healthcare is seeking a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) Fresher to join their dynamic team in Mohali. This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates with a CPC certification to gain hands-on experience in medical coding, health information management, and medical billing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign accurate medical codes (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS) to diagnoses, procedures, and services.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, CMS guidelines).
- Review and analyze patient records for coding accuracy.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify documentation.
- Maintain electronic health records (EHR) with precision.
- Support billing and reimbursement processes.

Qualifications & Skills Required
✅ CPC Certification (Must Have)
✅ Knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding
✅ Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills
✅ Familiarity with EHR systems (a plus)
✅ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
✅ RHIT certification (preferred but not mandatory for freshers)
