Your Role: R&D Master Data Originator – AMA (Personal Healthcare)
Join P&G’s Personal Healthcare (PHC) team in Mumbai and play a key role in driving R&D data standards across Asia, Middle East & Africa (AMA). This position offers a unique blend of technical and managerial responsibilities, ensuring high-quality data in core R&D systems to support global product innovation.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Implement R&D data standards in compliance with global SOPs and guidelines.
✔ Manage product data lifecycle (change control, vendor setups, SAP, PASS).
✔ Ensure data completeness for new and existing projects.
✔ Originate & validate product/packaging specifications in PLM systems.
✔ Perform validation checks (CA, BOM setups, POA availability).
✔ Route specifications for review & approval, ensuring compliance.
✔ Maintain master parts libraries and assign parts correctly.
✔ Follow up on pending reviews & approvals.
Qualifications & Skills
✅ Education: B.Pharm or Science graduate.
✅ Experience: 1-3 years in Healthcare/Pharma (preferred).
✅ Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of master data systems (ARAVO, SAP, PASS).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platforms (Power BI, PowerApps).
✅ Soft Skills: - Strong analytical & problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication & collaboration skills.
- High attention to detail and accountability.
✅ Language: Advanced English proficiency.
