Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Medical-to-Medical Connect – Engage with HCPs in the MDR Bacterial Infection Therapy area.
2. KOL Development – Identify and nurture regional KOLs (medical association leaders, regional speakers, and medical school affiliates).
3. CME Execution – Plan and conduct regional CMEs, from content development to event management.
4. Scientific Engagement – Facilitate journal clubs, scientific discussions, and share the latest medical literature with KOLs.
5. Medical Research Support – Assist in product surveillances, epidemiological studies, and Investigator Initiated Studies (IIS).
6. Product Complaint Handling – Address concerns by directly interacting with doctors, providing literature support, and analyzing cases.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Expertise in KOL management and medical engagement.
• Ability to collaborate with field teams and healthcare professionals.
• Knowledge of infectious diseases and antimicrobial resistance (AMR) is a plus.
