Qualifications Required:
- M.Pharma/B.Pharma/MSc/BSc
- Experience range: 2 to 8 years
Key Responsibilities:
As a Quality Control professional at Ajanta Pharma, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality for our products. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Method Transfer:
- Conduct method transfer for pharmaceutical products and materials to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Product Analysis:
- Perform analyzes of in-process and finished products, stability study samples, and raw materials.
- Sampling and Testing:
- Manage the sampling and testing of raw materials, packaging materials, and water samples to guarantee quality assurance.
- Calibration:
- Conduct calibration and handling of vital laboratory instruments, such as Gas Chromatography (GC), High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), and Auto-titrators.
- Standard Preparation:
- Prepare, qualify, and manage working standards, reference standards, and primary standards.
- Solution Standardization:
- Handle the preparation and standardization of volumetric solutions and reagents.
- Knowledge of Systems:
- Apply basic knowledge of laboratory Out of Specification (OOS), Out of Trend (OOT), Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), Quality Management Systems (QMS), and incident reporting.
