Job Description: Research Scientist-AD
Piramal Pharma is seeking a talented and meticulous Research Scientist-AD to join our dynamic team in India. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the analytical development of pharmaceutical products. You will be responsible for utilizing various analytical instruments and methods to ensure the quality and efficacy of our products.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Analytical Instrument Handling: Operate analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, Prep HPLC, SFC, Prep SFC, KF, and SOR, along with associated software.
- Method Development: Develop analytical methods for raw materials, intermediates, and final products using HPLC and GC, ensuring compliance with ICH guidelines.
- In-Process Analysis: Provide analytical support during the manufacturing process utilizing HPLC and GC.
- Calibration: Conduct calibration of HPLC and GC instruments to maintain compliance and accuracy.
- SOP and GDL Preparation: Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Guidelines (GDL) as per requirements.
- Documentation: Create and maintain necessary documentation, including Standard Test Procedures (STPs) and report preparation.
- Troubleshooting: Resolve any issues related to analytical instruments (HPLC and GC) and troubleshoot analytical data for purity confirmation.
- Isolation and Purification: Use Prep HPLC to isolate and purify products, including known and unknown impurities.
Qualifications:
- M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry or Organic Chemistry.
