Job Description
Production Department:
- Operate and maintain production machinery.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and GMP guidelines.
- Monitor production processes and maintain records.
Quality Assurance (QA):
- Oversee quality management systems.
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Review and approve batch records and documentation.
Quality Control (QC):
- Perform analytical testing of raw materials and finished products.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure calibration.
- Prepare and review quality reports.
Microbiology Department:
- Conduct microbial testing and environmental monitoring.
- Ensure sterility and microbiological quality of products.
- Maintain lab records and comply with regulatory requirements.
Warehouse Department:
- Manage inventory and storage of raw materials and finished goods.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with warehouse SOPs.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams.
Engineering Department:
- Maintain and repair production equipment.
