Job Description: Associate Scientist – Analytical Chemistry
Kenvue is seeking a highly motivated Associate Scientist to join our Analytical Chemistry team in Mumbai. This role is critical to supporting new product development, commercial product changes, and research-based activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytical techniques, a compliance-focused mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analytical Testing & Technical Assessments
- Conduct testing using advanced analytical technologies such as HPLC/UPLC, GC, IC, AAS, etc.
- Execute stability testing for shelf-life assessment and method validation activities.
- Support method transfer processes and ensure accurate technical documentation.
- Equipment Management
- Oversee calibration activities for laboratory instruments and technologies.
- Technical Documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data for stability reports, method validation protocols, and transfer reports.
- Lab Process & Quality Systems
- Ensure compliance with GMP, 21 CFR, and other regulatory requirements.
- Maintain data integrity and adhere to good documentation practices.
- Site Initiatives
- Participate in cross-functional projects and contribute to site-wide initiatives.
Technical Competencies
- Proficiency in analytical techniques and instrumentation.
- Knowledge of GMP, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with digital tools and software applications.
- Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.

Qualifications

- Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
