Qualifications:
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Genomics, or a related field
- Proficiency in molecular biology techniques, including DNA and RNA isolation, PCR, DNA sequencing, and gene expression analysis
- Experience in genomics data analysis, including next-generation sequencing (NGS) data analysis, variant calling, and annotation
- Strong knowledge of molecular biology and genomics concepts and techniques
- Experience with bioinformatics tools and databases
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize projects
- Bench work experience in NGS library preparation, sequencing, liquid biopsy, etc.
