Apprentice – CRF Specialist Role Overview
As an Apprentice – CRF Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting clinical research studies. Your responsibilities will include:
- Transcribing study data into case report forms (CRFs).
- Entering data into study databases using data management software.
- Collaborating with quality control and project managers to meet CRF completion timelines.
- Addressing sponsor-generated data queries promptly and accurately.
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and quality in data entry processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the receipt, inventory, and entry of case report form (CRF) data.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry and documentation.
- Work closely with sponsors during monitoring visits to resolve data-related queries.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support clinical research projects.
Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (B.Sc.) or Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from a reputable institution.
- Strong command of English (written and verbal).
- Basic understanding of clinical research (preferred but not mandatory).
- Keen attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
