Baxter Hiring in Research And Development

As a Research Associate I at Baxter, you will support the launch and sustenance of Baxter commercial products globally by following the Baxter Quality Management Systems. You will be involved in the management of product design throughout the product lifecycle and maintenance of product documentation. You will also contribute to solving technical problems, commercial product investigations, and responding to customer and regulatory queries.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Product Support: Actively support the launch and sustenance of commercial products by following Baxter Quality Management Systems.
• Design Management: Assist in managing product design throughout its lifecycle and maintain design governance documents.
• Problem Solving: Identify and analyze design problems to find optimal solutions that meet cost and technical requirements.
• Product Investigation: Involve in product investigations, execute batches in the laboratory, and prepare reports to support investigations.
• Change Assessment: Discuss product changes/proposals, assess the impact on product quality and patient safety, and support analytical teams with necessary samples.
• Compliance: Ensure responses to customer queries, regulatory queries, and market compliance by designing and executing batches/experiments in the laboratory.
• Resource Management: Ensure the availability of required licenses and materials (raw materials, packaging materials) in the laboratory.
